Black Bear Painting Co. warranties labor and materials for a period of two years from the completion date of the work or we will return to touch up free of charge. Each of our clients receives a copy of the warranty when work is contracted.

Repairs are performed only on areas where product failure has occurred. In no event will Black Bear Painting Co. be responsible for the consequential or incidental damages caused by accident or abuse. Exact color cannot be guaranteed due to fading, although we do our best to make it blend.

Exterior exclusions: Warranty excludes railings, stairs, porches, wood gutters, deck flooring, and other high foot traffic areas, or areas where house is exposed to direct rain, constant moisture, temperature changes, and ventilation or drainage problems.

We cannot guarantee a completely smooth paint finish over surfaces where multiple coats have been previously applied.

Excludes peeling on smooth side cedar clapboards due to mill glazing. Mill glaze occurs when a wax-like film is left on surface of wood during milling process.
